Atlantis is lot 3 of the Caulfield Property Agregation whereby 3 other lots will be offered on the sale day at Auction.

The property consists of approximately 1478 acres of grazing land suitable for cropping. Approximately 96 acres is subject to scrub and approximately 110 acres of timbered country provides good shelter for stock.

The property is fenced into 18 paddocks and is serviced by a central laneway. Fencing varies from newer plain wire with pine posts, mainly along the laneway, to original split gum and wire netting fencing. The fencing is considered to be stock proof.
