Soil & Pasture Description

Churinga park has a great mixture of top quality sandy loam red gum grazing country ranging to the renowned black loam cropping soils at the rear of the property. 29 ha/IE Water allocation is to be sold with the property which is contained on licence number 9120. Allocation is in the Comaum Caroline water region in the hundred of Comaum.

Water allocations are currently in transition to a volumetric conversion. Approximate guidelines to the conversion is 6.77 Megalitres for each ha/ie.

Stock and Domestic Water

Stock and Domestic water is supplied from numerous sources around the property.

-Mainline from homestead supplies the front and northern end of the property.
-Pump at Southcorps Vineyards supplies the southern paddocks.
