Thomas De Garis and Clarkson Stock and Station Agents Pty Ltd are now offering a professional property valuation service.

Our new valuation team includes Amy Slattery, a Certified Practising Valuer and Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute, together with Mark De Garis, currently in the final stages of the Bachelor of Business (Property) at the University of South Australia.

 Mark is a Principle of Thomas De Garis and Clarkson and offers many years of rural and regional property and livestock experience here in the South East, as well as in Western Victoria. Amy has returned home in the last couple of years, after conducting property valuations in the Upper Spencer Gulf, Mid-North, Yorke Peninsula and Copper Coast regions, and more recently the Naracoorte-Tatiara district.

We are actively servicing rural and residential property within the Lower South East and South Western Victoria, in particular the Penola, Coonawarra, Nangwarry, Tarpeena, Kalangadoo, Casterton, Dergholm and Edenhope areas. Other areas will be considered on a case by case basis.
